Want to show your kids a fun way to write messages to each other? Here's a fun and easy way to make invisible ink! You will need:
- 1 lemon or a bottle of lemon juice - Water - Bowl and spoon to mix - Que-tips - White paper - Lamp or something else that creates heat Step 1: Squeeze lemon juice out of lemon (or use the lemon juice out of the bottle) into the bowl. Step 2: Add a few drops of water. Step 3: Stir together until both are combined. Step 4: Dip the Que-tip into the mixture and use to write your message on the paper. Step 5: Allow to dry. The message will be invisible once completely dry. Step 6: To read the message, heat the paper using a lamp or something else warm (make sure children have adult assistance while heating). The heat will reveal the message! For more information, see: http://www.sciencekids.co.nz/experiments/invisibleink.html Comments are closed.
