Breanne Wylie
PhD Student


Breanne is completing her PhD in the Lifespan Development program at Brock University. She completed her MA at Brock (Psychology) and her undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University (BA Honours  in Psychology). Breanne is interested in methods used to question children (in the court system) to obtain honest and accurate reports. Specifically, she is interested in developing recommendations for questions that should be avoided with young children and which questions children are best able to demonstrate their knowledge in response to.

Alison O'Connor
PhD Student


Alison is completing her PhD in the Lifespan Development program at Brock University. Alison completed her MA (Psychology) and undergraduate (BA Honours in Psychology and Sociology) degrees at Brock University. Alison is interested in lie-telling behaviours across the lifespan, and how these behaviours shape experiences as witnesses and victims in the legal system.

PhD Student


Victoria is completing her PhD in the Lifespan Development stream at Brock University. She completed her MA (Psychology) and undergraduate degree (BA Honours degree in Psychology) at Brock University. Victoria is interested in adolescent deception and the relationship between deception and interpersonal relationships.
