- 2 ziploc bags, one larger than the other
- Rock salt, 6 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon
- Half milk half cream, 1/2 cup OR regular milk 1/2 cup (depending on preference)
- Sugar, 1 tablespoon
Step 1: Combine the ice and the rock salt together in the larger bag (should be filled about half way).
Step 2: Combine the half and half (or milk), sugar, and vanilla in the smaller bag and seal tightly.
Step 3: Place the smaller bag in the larger bag and tightly seal the larger bag.
Step 4: Shake the bag until the ingredients combine together. This should take 5-10 minutes of continuous shaking.
Step 5: Once all the ingredients have combined together, your ice cream is ready to be served!
